1. Information on this website

The content on this website describes our services and products for general information. It is not a binding offer. Prices, features and availability shown for our products may change; the current details are on each product’s own website. A service engagement starts only when we both sign a written agreement or accept a written offer.

Route42, RotaLLM, CueBot and newspipe are provided under their own terms of service, published on their websites. Those terms, not these, govern your use of each product.

The Agate name and logo, the product names Route42, RotaLLM, CueBot and newspipe, and the text, graphics and design of this website are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use; any other reuse needs our written permission. Open-source projects published on GitHub are available under the licence stated in each repository. Other names and logos belong to their respective owners.

This website links to our product websites and to third-party sites such as GitHub and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Gebze courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts named in Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
